Viewer format

A live Eichler home tour, followed by community conversation.

Free members receive a private YouTube viewing link approximately 30 minutes before the broadcast.

Members can watch the live tour, follow along in the YouTube chat, and communicate with the homeowner or contributor during the broadcast. The homeowner-led tour generally runs approximately 20–35 minutes.

After the tour, the experience can continue into a live panel and community discussion, guided by a moderator. The discussion remains open-ended for as long as the conversation is useful.

Homeowner participation

Share your Eichler story

Share the details, decisions, and lived experience that make your home part of the record.

A homeowner-led tour is a chance to document the details, decisions, and lived experience that do not appear in a listing or plan set.

Eichler Vault Media Kit

You bring the house. Eichler Vault provides the production framework.

Selected featured-tour contributors receive an Eichler Vault Media Kit at no cost, shipped approximately one week before their scheduled Friday at Seven broadcast.

You don't need to be a filmmaker. If you know how to charge your phone, you're ready to start.

An Eichler Vault team member will provide a brief equipment walkthrough and a few simple practice exercises covering camera movement, panning, framing, and best practices for participating in the live broadcast.

The kit arrives approximately one week before the broadcast so you have time to get comfortable with the equipment, experiment with different shots, and think about what you want to share.

Then let your creativity take over. There is no script and no required route. Show us the rooms, details, original features, renovations, views, landscaping, quirks, or anything else that tells the story of your home.

We will follow up with the next steps and a simple participation plan.
