The Eichler Vault is a private archival registry dedicated to documenting Eichler homes as a distinct architectural asset class. These properties are not treated as conventional real estate, but as collectible works of living history with enduring cultural significance.
Eichler homes represent a finite supply of mid-century modern design excellence. Each property is evaluated through scarcity, originality, and architectural provenance. By cataloging the “DNA” of these homes—from mahogany paneling and radiant heat systems to atrium-centered layouts—we preserve their design legacy and protect their architectural premium from general market distortion.
The Eichler Vault operates as a proprietary, human-verified database independent of traditional brokerage systems. We do not solicit listings—we curate records. Participation ensures each property’s architectural pedigree is preserved and documented for future collectors and enthusiasts, with all engagement conducted with discretion.
Authentication: Identification of original models and attribution to their architects (Anshen & Allen, Jones & Emmons, Claude Oakland).
Data Integrity: One-to-one verification of property records to build a high-fidelity registry of the 10,500+ surviving Eichler homes.
Privacy by Design: All engagement is conducted with discretion, operating outside public listing channels and within controlled informational exchange.
This is a voluntary architectural registry and informational archive, provided solely for documentation, research, and preservation of Eichler architectural assets. It is not a solicitation for listings, acquisition opportunities, or agency representation.

With a background spanning a multi-platinum recording studio and the development of a scaled e-commerce business, Kevin Limprecht brings a disciplined approach to execution, positioning, and timing across complex systems.
That foundation now informs his work in residential real estate in Nevada, where he lives full-time in Incline Village. His focus is on identifying and evaluating properties through a selective, data-informed lens with an emphasis on long-term value and architectural quality.
He applies a disciplined archival methodology to Eichler properties, treating them as architectural assets shaped by scarcity.
